Virtus Mining Ltd. (“Virtus”) is a Netherlands-based company established in 2018 and a tax resident in the Netherlands. The main line of business of Virtus is engaging in mineral exploration, extraction, processing, and trading activities and/or investing in companies involved in these activities.
In 2018, Virtus acquired 100% of the shares of Canada-based Aldridge Minerals Inc. Following the completion of the share transfer process of Aldridge Minerals Inc., 100% of the shares of its Turkish subsidiary, Aldridge Mineral Madencilik A.Ş., were transferred to Virtus in 2019. Virtus’s subsidiary, Aldridge Minerals Inc., is currently dormant. In 2024, 70% of Virtus shares were acquired by CVK Madencilik. With this acquisition, the management and control of Virtus and its subsidiaries passed to CVK Madencilik.
