Our Harmancık Chrome Operation, one of our country's first private sector mining enterprises, was established in 1955 under the title of Hayri Ögelman Ltd. Şti., adopted the title of Hayri Ögelman Madencilik Ltd. Şti. in 1959, and took its current title, Hayri Ögelman Madencilik A.Ş., through a change of legal status in 2012. CVK Madencilik acquired 86.21% of the shares of Hayri Ögelman Madencilik A.Ş. in 2020 and the remaining 10% in 2022, making it a 96.21% subsidiary.
