• Off-take agreements were signed with the global commodity company Trafigura Pte. Ltd.

• The tender held by the General Directorate of Eti Maden Operations for the exploration and operation (under a royalty agreement) of the Balıkesir-Kepsut gold local area was won, with a royalty rate of 55.6%.

• The 2.473 MWp DC capacity Sivas Solar Power Plant (SPP) owned by Hayri Ögelman Madencilik A.Ş. has commenced production.

2024

• A total of 6 exploration licensed mining sites were acquired from the MAPEG tender — 4 in the Kayseri region, and 1 each in the Kütahya and Yozgat regions.

• 100% of the shares of Orta Truva Madencilik Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. were acquired.

• 70% of the shares of Virtus Mining Ltd., a Netherlands-based company, were acquired. Virtus Mining Ltd. owns 100% of the shares of Aldridge Mineral Madencilik A.Ş., a company established in Turkey.

• The Tunceli-Pülümür chromite operating licensed mining site owned by Hayri Ögelman Madencilik A.Ş. was transferred to a domestically based company.

2023

• The company went public by offering 20% of its shares and began trading on Borsa Istanbul. With the proceeds from the public offering, investments in the Balıkesir-Sarıalan Gold Operation Project accelerated.

• The Kayseri-Pınarbaşı chromite operating licensed mining site was acquired by Hayri Ögelman Madencilik A.Ş.

2022

• An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Positive Certificate was obtained for the “Mine Capacity Increase, Ore Enrichment Plant, and Waste Storage Facility” within the Balıkesir-Sarıalan Gold Operation Project.

• The remaining 10% of the shares of Hayri Ögelman Madencilik A.Ş. were acquired, increasing the ownership stake in the subsidiary to 96.21%.

• A trial production of magnesite ore was carried out at the Bursa-Harmancık Chromite Operation of Hayri Ögelman Madencilik A.Ş.

2021

• The majority shares of the Company were transferred to Mr. Hüseyin Çevik.

• 86.21% of the shares of Hayri Ögelman Madencilik A.Ş. were acquired, making it a subsidiary. The Group’s market power in chromite mining increased.

• The Erzincan-Central chromite exploration licensed mining site was acquired.

2019

• Production of run-of-mine ore began at the İzmir-Bayındır Lead-Zinc Operation.

• The Balıkesir-İvrindi lead-zinc exploration licensed mining site was acquired.

2017

• The İzmir-Bayındır lead-zinc operating licensed mining site was acquired.

• The Çanakkale-Yenice lead-zinc operating licensed mining site was acquired.

• The Balıkesir-Sarıalan gold operating licensed mining site was acquired.

2012

• Production of run-of-mine ore began at the Çanakkale-Kalkım Lead-Zinc Operation.

• The Flotation Plant and Waste Storage Facility at the Çanakkale-Kalkım Lead-Zinc Operation became operational.

2011

• The Company’s trade name was changed to CVK Maden İşletmeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Its field of activity was expanded to include other metallic minerals (Lead-Zinc).

2006

• CVK Krom Maden Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. was established and began operations in the field of chromite mining.

1990

• The first facility investment of the ÇEVİK family, the Kayseri-Pınarbaşı Chrome Concentrate Plant, has been opened.
