We Hosted the Nanjing University Delegation at Our Harmancık Chrome Operations

As Hayri Ögelman Madencilik, we were pleased to host the esteemed delegation visiting from China's Nanjing University at our Harmancık Chrome Operations. Within the scope of the visit, we engaged in a mutual exchange of information and perspectives regarding our mining activities, production processes, and sectoral operations. We extend our gratitude to the Nanjing University delegation for their kind visit and valuable contributions.

At our CVK Mining Sarıalan Gold Operations, we hosted undergraduate and graduate students from the Czech Republic under the SEG Student Chapter. Coming together with the young talents who will shape the future of the mining industry, we had the opportunity to share our experiences regarding our operations and field applications at Sarıalan. Hosting international student groups at our sites and supporting the exchange of knowledge and expertise holds immense value for us. We thank the SEG Student Chapter team for their kind visit and valuable participation.

As part of the "University of Toronto – SEG Student Chapter Field Trip 2026 Türkiye" program, we were pleased to host faculty members and students from the University of Toronto, Canada, at our CVK Mining Sarıalan Gold Operations. We thank them for their visit.

We have successfully completed our 2025 Annual Ordinary General Assembly with high attendance and your valuable contributions. As CVK Mining Sarıalan Gold Operations, we participated in the "Mining Project and Youth Workshop" program organized by the İvrindi District Directorate of National Education and Nurettin Çarmıklı Mining Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School on December 23–24, 2025. Throughout the event, by sharing our sector expertise and experience with the youth, we contributed to increasing their interest in mining and supporting the qualified human resources that will shape the future of the industry.

As CVK Mining, we participated in the Dokuz Eylül University Career Summit event held on December 15–16 for the second time. Throughout the event, we were greatly pleased to come together with students and esteemed academics, having had the opportunity to share knowledge and experience. Our Harmancık Chrome Operations Conducted a Reforestation Activity as Part of November 11 National Forestation Day

As Hayri Ögelman Madencilik, we carried out a reforestation activity in the Harmancık district of Bursa within the scope of November 11 National Forestation Day. With the goal of a sustainable future, we resolutely continue our environmentally responsible operations.

Undertaking initiatives to expand the license area of the Sarıalan Gold Operations Project, our company, CVK Mining, has reached an agreement to acquire the Group IV Operating Licensed mining field bearing Registration No. 201201393, located adjacent to our property, from Demir Export A.Ş. for a consideration of 18,500,000 USD. With this acquisition, the total reserve quantity in our Sarıalan Gold Operations Project has increased to 674,647 ounces of AuEq (gold equivalent).

In Line with Its Environmentally Friendly Production Vision, Hayri Ögelman Madencilik Begins Electricity Generation at Its Sivas Solar Power Plant (GES) Project

As one of Turkey's first private-sector mining enterprises and a leading chrome producer, Hayri Ögelman Madencilik has commenced electricity generation at its Solar Power Plant (GES) project in Sivas in line with its environmentally friendly production vision.

At Our Hayri Ögelman Madencilik A.Ş. Harmancık Chrome Operations, We Presented Our Chrome Enrichment Facility's Workflow and Processes to ITU Faculty of Mines

A detailed presentation on the workflow and enrichment process of our Chrome Enrichment Facility was delivered to an esteemed delegation of approximately 45 guests, including distinguished academics and future engineers from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) Faculty of Mines, Department of Mineral Processing Engineering, led by Prof. Dr. Alim GÜL during their visit to our Hayri Ögelman Madencilik A.Ş. Harmancık Chrome Operations.

Our Sarıalan Exploration Manager Sercan BOZAN and Harmancık Exploration Manager Hüseyin ÇAKAN participated through their presentations in the 77th Geological Congress of Turkey—the most established and esteemed scientific organization in the field of geosciences in our country, held continuously since 1947.

As CVK Mining, we have officially completed our membership with the Turkish Gold Miners Association. We share this important milestone, which will strengthen collaboration across our sector, with all our stakeholders.
