A $9.6 Million Off-Take Agreement Executed Between
Our Company CVK Mining and Trafigura Pte. Ltd. for
Chrome Ore Sales
An off-take agreement has been executed between our company, CVK Maden İşletmeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("CVK Mining"), and global commodities firm Trafigura Pte. Ltd. ("Trafigura") for the sale of chrome ore.
Under this agreement, a prepayment of 9.6 million US Dollars will be provided against chrome ore deliveries to be made in April-May 2025. The final sales price of the chrome ore will be determined based on market indices. Collections regarding production values exceeding the prepayment amount will be collected separately by our Company as product deliveries are executed.
This strategic cooperation established between CVK Mining and Trafigura in the chrome sector serves as an indicator of the international confidence placed in our Company’s operational capacity and growth potential, while simultaneously strengthening CVK Mining's marketing and export portfolio.
