2024 ANNUAL ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
CVK MADEN İŞLETMELERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ held its 2024 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting on May 23, 2025, at Gümüşsuyu Mah. İnönü Cad. No:8, CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Beyoğlu / Istanbul, under the supervision of a Ministry Representative assigned by the Ministry of Commerce. The meeting was attended by Mr. Muhammed Burak Eynallı representing Chairman of the Board Mr. Hüseyin ÇEVİK, Board Members Ms. Begüm ÇEVİK and Mr. Mehmet Burak TELCİOĞLU, and Mr. Ömer ÇEKİÇ representing RAM Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. as the independent audit firm.
At the General Assembly Meeting, which drew strong interest from shareholders, an evaluation of the year 2024 was conducted. Following the voting on the agenda items, questions from the participants were answered.
