Off-Take Agreement with Trafigura Pte. Ltd. Against Production from
Our Sarıalan Project
Our company, CVK Maden İşletmeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("CVK Mining"), has signed a $30 million USD off-take agreement with global commodities firm Trafigura Pte Ltd ("Trafigura") against production to be generated from our Sarıalan Gold Mine Project. In return for the prepayment provided under the scope of this agreement, Trafigura secures the right to purchase 100% of the products to be obtained from the open-pit production of our Sarıalan Project until 2027. Collections regarding production values exceeding the prepayment amount will be collected separately by our Company as product deliveries are executed.
This strategic cooperation between CVK Mining and Trafigura reflects the international confidence placed in our Company’s operational capacity and growth potential, while simultaneously demonstrating Trafigura's robust balance sheet structure and financing capabilities. This agreement establishes a significant foundation for the integration of our mining operations into the global supply chain.
