CVK Maden İşletmeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. 2025 Annual Ordinary General Assembly Meeting Held
The 2025 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of CVK Maden İşletmeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi was held on May 15, 2026, in Istanbul.
The meeting took place at Gümüşsuyu Mah. İnönü Cad. No:8, CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel, under the supervision of the Ministry Representative from the T.C. Ministry of Commerce, with the attendance of Chairman of the Board Mr. Hüseyin ÇEVİK and Mr. Ömer ÇEKİÇ representing RAM Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. as the independent audit firm.
At the General Assembly Meeting, which drew strong interest from shareholders, the company's 2025 operations and financial performance were evaluated, and the agenda items were submitted for the approval of the shareholders.
Making statements following the meeting, Chairman of the Board Hüseyin ÇEVİK shared evaluations regarding the company's growth strategies, investment plans, and 2026 targets.
